How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. If you'd like to include a note, mention it in the order notes field.
Real Talk Books
What is the Real Talk series?
Real Talk is a faith-based curriculum for teen boys that addresses identity, emotions, and real-life faith. The series includes a student book, workbook, parent guide, leader guide, and conversation cards.
Do I need to buy all the books together?
No. Each book is sold separately. Parents often start with the parent guide, while teen guys start with the student book or workbook.
What age is Real Talk designed for?
The series is written for teen boys roughly ages 12–18, though many parents of younger teens find it useful as well.
Can it be used for homeschool families?
Yes. The student book and workbook work well in a homeschool setting.
Can a small group or youth ministry use it?
Yes. The leader guide is designed specifically for small group and youth ministry settings.
Ruby Doodle
What is Ruby Doodle?
Ruby Doodle is our coloring book line featuring designs for adults, families, and children. Themes include vintage trucks, wildflowers, cozy scenes, and more.
Do you offer digital downloads?
Yes. Most Ruby Doodle titles are available as instant digital downloads you can print at home, as well as print editions.
What format are the digital downloads?
Digital downloads are PDF files formatted for standard 8.5" x 11" printing. You can print them as many times as you'd like for personal use.
How do I access my digital download?
After purchase, you'll receive a download link by email. You can also access it from your order confirmation page.
Ivory Road Floral
Do you ship floral arrangements?
No. All floral arrangements are available for local pickup or meetup in the Dallas-Fort Worth area only. Contact us after ordering and we'll work out the details.
Can I request a custom arrangement?
Yes. Melody loves working on custom pieces. Reach out at hello@ivoryroad.shop with your ideas — a color palette, occasion, or space you have in mind — and we'll go from there.
Are the flowers real?
Our arrangements are made with premium dried and silk flowers. They're designed to last, hold their shape, and look beautiful long after the occasion.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened physical products. Digital downloads and custom orders are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@ivoryroad.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
